The Ranco K50Q-1127-001 is a single-pole, single-throw (SPST) refrigeration control featuring a capillary tube for temperature sensing. It includes a control knob, faceplate, and mounting hardware for installation.

   Before beginning any work, ensure the refrigeration unit is completely disconnected from its power source.

   Carefully remove the existing cold control, noting the wiring connections and the placement of the capillary tube. Take photographs for reference if necessary.

   Use the provided mounting hardware and bracket to secure the Ranco K50Q-1127-001 control unit in the designated location. Ensure it is firmly attached.

   The capillary tube is 47 1/4 inches long and is crucial for accurate temperature sensing. Carefully route the capillary tube to the area where temperature needs to be controlled. Avoid kinking or sharply bending the tube, as this can damage it and impair its function. The tip of the capillary tube should be securely fastened in the coldest part of the refrigerated compartment, typically near the evaporator coil, without touching it directly.

6. 6. Install Faceplate and Knob:

   Attach the provided faceplate and control knob. Ensure the knob aligns correctly with the control shaft and the temperature markings on the faceplate.
