The smart lock switch is located on the back of the device. Slide the switch to the 'lock' position to prevent accidental erasure. When locked, the erase button will be inactive. Slide it back to the 'unlock' position to enable the erase function.

4.4 Ruffpad App Integration

For enhanced functionality, download the Ruffpad app from your device's app store (iOS and Android). The app allows you to capture images of your Ruffpad content, organize them, and share them digitally. Note that the app uses your phone's camera to scan the Ruffpad, it does not sync content directly.

• Screen is blank or unresponsive:
  1. Ensure the battery is correctly installed and has sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.
  2. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
