The E10 error code typically indicates that the safety key is missing or not detected. Ensure the red safety key magnet is properly attached to the yellow circle on the console. The treadmill will not operate without it.
If the belt slips or is off-center, use the provided hex tool to adjust the idler roller screws at the rear of the treadmill. If the belt shifts left, turn the left screw clockwise. If it shifts right, turn the right screw clockwise. Make small 1/4 turn adjustments and run the machine for 1-2 minutes to test.
The manufacturer generally recommends checking for lubrication every 200 km (approx. 124 miles) or if the belt feels dry/tight. Lift the edge of the belt and apply the silicone oil to the center of the running deck, then run the treadmill at a low speed to distribute it regularly.
