Your thermometer requires 2 AAA batteries (included). To install or replace batteries:

- Place the thermometer's forehead sensor gently against the center of the forehead.

3. Pulse Rate Monitoring
- With your index finger centered on the sensor, press and release the Меъёри набзи button once to activate the feature.
- Rest your finger lightly on the sensor for 5 to 10 seconds. Avoid any movement or talking for better accuracy.
- The larger heart symbol on the display will begin to flash in sync with your heartbeats, and the pulse count will appear on the display.
