The LOCINOX LAKQ3030 U2 is a robust, surface-mounted gate lock designed for durability and ease of use. Constructed from stainless steel with an ISO 9227 KTL / E-coated lock box, it offers excellent resistance to corrosion. Key features include a reversible daybolt for versatile application and 20mm continuous adjustability for precise fitting.

The daybolt is reversible to suit both left and right-handed gate applications. To reverse, pull the daybolt out, rotate 180 degrees, and reinsert.

- Inspect for obstructions in the strike plate or around the bolt mechanisms.
- Ensure the lock is securely mounted and not misaligned.
- Adjust the daybolt projection (refer to Section 2.2, Step 6).
- Lubricate the bolt mechanisms.
- Gate does not close properly:
- Check the alignment of the gate and gate post.
- Ensure the strike plate is correctly positioned and securely fastened.
- Verify that the daybolt is adjusted correctly.
