- Пластинаи пуштиро насб кунед: Install the assembled Intel backplate from the backside of the motherboard, passing the backplate screws through the motherboard mounting holes.
- Install Blue Standoffs: Place the four blue standoffs onto the backplate screws from the front side of the motherboard.
- Attach Intel Brackets: Position the two Intel metal brackets onto the standoffs, aligning the backplate screws through the appropriate LGA1700/115X/1200/2011/2066 holes on the brackets.
- Қавсҳои бехатар: Secure the brackets with the provided nuts using a screwdriver.
- Apply Thermal Compound: Apply a pea-sized amount of thermal compound to the center of the CPU's Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS).
- Remove Cold Plate Sticker: Peel off the protective sticker from the waterblock's cold plate.
- Mount Waterblock: Carefully place the waterblock onto the CPU, aligning the waterblock bracket nuts with the screws on the Intel brackets.
- Secure Waterblock: Tighten the four nuts on the waterblock bracket in a diagonal pattern until snug, ensuring even pressure.
3.4. Насби радиатор ва вентилятор
- Радиаторро насб кунед: Mount the radiator to your PC case using the short screws provided. Ensure proper airflow direction (intake or exhaust) based on your case's cooling design.
- Connect Fan PWM Cables: Connect the 4-pin PWM headers of the fans to the included fan hub. Then, connect the fan hub to the motherboard's CPU_FAN socket to provide power and control fan speed.
- Connect Waterblock Power: Connect the waterblock's 4-pin PWM header to the motherboard's CPU_OPT or AIO_PUMP/WATER_PUMP header to power the water pump.
- Connect ARGB Cables: Connect the 3-pin ARGB headers of the fans to the ARGB splitter cable. Then, connect the ARGB splitter cable to the motherboard's 3-pin +5V ARGB lighting socket to synchronize lighting effects.
- LCD Connection (if applicable): If your model includes an LCD display on the waterblock, ensure the USB data cable is connected to a motherboard USB 2.0 header. The LCD orientation can be manually rotated to suit your installation. Dedicated software (if provided by Thermalright) may offer further customization options for the display.

5. Дастурҳои истифодабарӣ
5.1. PWM Fan Control
The included fans feature PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control, allowing their speed to be automatically adjusted based on CPU temperature. Connect the fan hub to your motherboard's CPU_FAN header. Your motherboard's BIOS or dedicated software can be used to configure fan curves for optimal balance between cooling performance and noise levels.
5.2. ARGB Lighting Synchronization
The fans and waterblock feature Addressable RGB (ARGB) lighting. Connect the ARGB splitter cable to a 3-pin +5V ARGB header on your motherboard. You can then control and synchronize the lighting effects using your motherboard's ARGB software (e.g., ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome Sync). This allows for a wide range of color effects and patterns.

5.3. LCD Display (if applicable)
If your cooler model includes an LCD display on the waterblock, ensure the USB data cable is connected to a motherboard USB 2.0 header. The LCD's orientation can be manually rotated to suit your installation. Dedicated software (if provided by Thermalright) may offer further customization options for the display.
6. Нигоҳдорӣ
Regular maintenance helps prolong the life and efficiency of your CPU cooler:
- Тоза кардани хок: Periodically clean dust from the radiator fins and fan blades using compressed air or a soft brush. Ensure the fans are not spinning during cleaning.
- Найчаро тафтиш кунед: Inspect the tubing for any signs of kinks, leaks, or damage. Ensure the connections are secure.
- Комплекси гармидиҳӣ: The thermal compound typically lasts for several years. If you notice a significant increase in CPU temperatures, consider reapplying fresh thermal compound after cleaning the CPU and waterblock surfaces.
- Амалиёти мухлисон: Listen for any unusual noises from the fans or pump. If a fan is making excessive noise or not spinning, it may need replacement.
7. Баррасии мушкилот
If you encounter issues with your CPU cooler, try the following solutions:
- No Power/Fans Not Spinning:
- Check all power connections (PWM, SATA, ARGB) to ensure they are securely seated.
- Verify that the fan hub is correctly connected to the motherboard's CPU_FAN header.
- Check BIOS settings to ensure fan control is enabled and not set to 0 RPM.
- Ҳарорати баланди CPU:
- Ensure the waterblock is securely mounted to the CPU with adequate pressure.
- Verify that thermal compound was applied correctly and evenly.
- Check for any obstructions to airflow through the radiator.
- Confirm that the pump is running (you may feel slight vibrations or hear a low hum).
- ARGB Lighting Not Working/Synchronizing:
- Ensure all ARGB connections are correct and securely plugged into a 3-pin +5V ARGB header (not a 4-pin +12V RGB header).
- Check your motherboard's ARGB software for proper configuration and synchronization settings.
- Verify that the ARGB header on the motherboard is enabled in BIOS.
- Садоҳои ғайриоддӣ:
- A slight hum from the pump is normal. Excessive grinding or bubbling might indicate air in the loop (try gently tilting the PC case to dislodge air bubbles).
- Rattling noises from fans may indicate loose fan blades or dust buildup. Clean the fans or consider replacement if the issue persists.
