To reset the earbuds, delete the device connection records from your phone, remove the insulation stickers from the earbuds, and press and hold both the L and R earbud buttons for approximately 8 seconds to restore custom settings.
For first-time use, remove the insulation stickers from the earbuds, place them back into the charging case, and then open the lid. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
First, connect the earbuds to your first device (Device A) and then turn off Bluetooth on that device. Next, connect the earbuds to your second device (Device B). Finally, turn Bluetooth back on for Device A, and it will reconnect automatically.
When opening or closing the lid: Green light indicates more than 40% battery; yellow light indicates 20% to 40% battery; and a breathing green or yellow light means the battery is below 20%.
