Go to Menu > Settings > Channel > Auto Scan. Select the Antenna Type (Terrestrial, Cable, or Satellite) and enter your PIN (if required) to start the scanning process.
You are usually asked to set a PIN during the first installation. Note that some models do not accept '0000' as a valid password.
Navigate to the Home Menu > Settings > Support (or Common) > Reset to Factory Default. You will need to enter your PIN to confirm the action. This will erase all formatted data and channel lists.
Ensure you have selected 'Wireless' in the network settings and entered the correct WiFi password. If issues persist, try restarting both your router and the decoder.
